The Lotteries Commission of South Australia (Commission) is a statutory authority empowered by the State Lotteries Act 1966 (as amended) to promote and conduct lotteries for and on behalf of the State of South Australia.
In December 2012, Tatts Lotteries SA Pty Ltd was appointed as our exclusive Master Agent to operate the Commission’s brands and products.
The ownership of the Commission is retained by the South Australian Government and gambling tax revenue from the sale of lottery games by the Master Agent in South Australia is paid to the Hospitals Fund.
